Dr. Meghan E. Burns

I always had a knack for science. In organic chemistry, I had a unique ability to see the atoms move between compounds. I knew the bench was not where my aspirations stood. When I attended graduate school, marketing was not even discussed, let alone advocated. I started my corporate healthcare pharmaceutical career on the regulatory side of the business. It allowed me to assess all the different ways people use and misuse products and where the line was in making medical claims, from a marketing standpoint. In that role, I found my passion for marketing and thus began this journey, into two parallel worlds – two equal parts of my background.

I further developed my love for marketing when I leveraged my next corporate role and then truly let it flourish when I decided to become an independent entrepreneur and business owner. My passion lies in helping my clients tease the relevant science out of their data and seamlessly integrate it into their marketing campaigns. In the process, they stand out as industry thought leaders and exponentially increase their sales.

In addition to her role in managing marketing services at Connect Healthcare Consulting, Dr. Burns is also the principal at CVC, a sister company of CHC.
